SCREEN Cell3iMagers are bright field scanners designed specifically to simplify and accelerate quantitative and qualitative measurement of 3D spheroids and organoids. These unique imaging systems allows the user to identify and measure single or multiple spheroids per well in a microplate rapidly and automatically. The companion 3D optimized analysis software allows faster image capture, measurement and data analysis, and is compatible with all major 3D cell culture platforms. To fit varying budgets and throughput needs, the imager is available in three models: the single-plate Cell3iMager Neo (cc-3000) or the four-plate Cell3iMager (cc-5000), the dual purpose (2D & 3D; bright-field & fluorescence) Cell3iMager Duos (cc-8000).
SCREEN also has a NEW Cell3iMager Estier 3D Imaging for live samples by using near-infrared ligth. It is a stage-top optical coherence tomography (OCT) instrument that allows non-invasive analysis of the 3D structures including spheroids, organoids, tubular structures etc. As Estier OCT provides an advantageous platform to visualize the in vitro dynamics of the 3D spheroids conveniently, it can be used as an alternative visualization/monitoring method to obtain quantitative information about the morphological changes occur in 3D cell culture samples.

Cell3iMager / Cell3iMager Neo High Speed 3D Cell Culture Scanners
These High Speed Imagers can scan a microplate just in 54 seconds, enables measuring of area, estimated volume, diameter and number of spheroids in next 30 seconds. They are reagent-free and label-free systems, eliminating a series of processes including reagent dropping, stirring and flourescence measuring. They are simple and user friendly and compatible with microscope slides, dishes and various microplates.
Cell3iMager (four plate) is a bright field scanner, ideal for label-free assays of 3D cell cultures. Compatible with various 3D culture plates, allows the use of 6-well to 384-well plates and 35mm dish.
Cell3iMager Neo (single plate) has a compact design, reduction in footprint by 40%. It provides excellent performance and scalability without compramising the functions of the Cell3iMager.
