We offer a wide and diverse selection of fittings to meet your system requirements. A “fitting” refers to a complete product ready to assemble and connect tubing into a part. This could be a one-piece connector or a nut and ferrule packaged together. A “Nut” indicates the male or female threaded product sold separately, and a “Ferrule” is sold separately when indicated in the description. For your convenience we ship most Fittings and Ferrules in 10-packs, however, you may order individual pieces. We are dedicated to providing the most reliable, proven products on the market. We have implemented more stringent testing protocols and a generous safety margin to our ratings to ensure your safety.

Coned Fittings – Most of our Coned Fittings have been engineered to work in the high pressure zone of chromatography systems – the region between the outlet of the pump and the inlet of the column – where the physical stresses on the fittings are generally high, with inline pressures reaching 6,000 psi or higher and in UHPLC applications pressures can reach up to 20000psi or higher. Coned Fittings are specifically manufactured from durable and chemically-inert materials – for example, 316 Stainless Steel, PEEK, PPS, and PCTFE.

Flat Bottom Fiitings – Couple convenience with performance, with options to effectively secure tubing of multiple outer diameters into traditional, flat-bottom receiving ports. Most of our Flat-Bottom Fittings feature the use of an external compression ferrule, which grips the outer wall of the flow path tubing while simultaneously creating a seal against the bottom surface of the receiving port. Most of the ferrules are manufactured from Tefzel™ (ETFE) for excellent compatibility. Numerous options exist, allowing the connection of tubing outer diameters ranging from capillary sizes through 5/16”.

Speciatlty Fittings and Tools – Our Fittings Tools are designed to assist you with your connections. Our Extender Tools are excellent choices to aid it the imperative tightening process. Our Wrench is designed to engage with the heads of the hex-head fittings most commonly used with our valves and stainless steel fittings. Our Removal Tools are specifically designed to detach LiteTouch® and Super Flangeless™ Ferrules from tubing. Our Specialty Fittings include our unique ferrule clusters that is for use with our valves. We also feature our TinyTight fittings.

Tubing Sleeves – Because most capillary tubing connections are made into coned receiving ports, where the port is not designed to be used with capillary tubing directly, special care must be used to ensure a good connection. While custom ferrules can help make these connections, they only offer a fixed-length nose — and because most tubing pockets will vary slightly in length, this can lead to leaking or dead volume. Our Sleeves allow a capillary tubing connection is standard sized ports.

Plugs and Caps – Ideal for storage and closing off fluidic pathways that are not in use. Our Plugs and Caps offer an ideal solution for sealing 6-32, 6-40, 10-32, ¼-28, M6 or 5/16-24 threaded ports or fittings or to effectively cap off tubing.

Large Bore Fittings – Specifically designed to work with 5/16-24 & ½-20 threaded fittings. They are designed for tubing with an outer diameter between 1/16″ and 5/16″. Manufactured from Delrin®, PEEK or Stainless Steel they offer excellent chemical resistance. Ferrules are manufactured from fluoropolymer and PEEK adding resilience and durability. We offer our large bore fittings for both coned and flat-bottom ports.

VHP Fittings – We offer an innovative line of Very High Pressure (VHP) fittings, designed to withstand extreme pressures. This patent-pending line of ground-breaking fitting systems is perfect for use within the increasingly demanding requirements of today’s UHPLC high performance analytical systems.
